Shipping policy

- Customers nationwide, after selecting and contacting website maisonvietnam.vn to agree on the payment method according to the PAYMENT POLICY section, Maison Gourmet will send goods in the following forms:

* Standard delivery

Scope: Nationwide

Shipping fee: Depending on the area where delivery is needed, prices will vary (this price will be notified in advance by the web staff).

Time: Hanoi and Saigon will take 1-2 days and provinces 2-4 days.

* Express delivery

Scope: Nationwide and especially in the inner cities of Hanoi and Saigon

Shipping fee: Depending on the area where delivery is needed, prices will vary (this price will be notified in advance by the web staff).

               Time: Inner city of Hanoi and Saigon will take 1-3 hours by guaranteed transportation units such as: Grap, Aha, Lala, Be....

               Provinces will have a time of 1-2 days (usually 1 day and 2 days will be the slowest for all provinces and cities nationwide).

Expedited delivery prices will be higher with Standard Delivery

* Note: For orders within Hanoi and Saigon, for urgent orders, customers please contact Maison Gourmet via facebook or zalo so that Maison Gourmet can distinguish

- With the delivery service designated by the Customer or called by themselves, Maison Gourmet requires 100% Payment to be completed before agreeing for the shipper to receive the goods and leave.

- For shipping services designated or called by the Customer, Maison Gourmet will not be responsible for the goods once they have left the warehouse/showroom, however Maison Gourmet will send a confirmation photo before the shipper receives the goods and leaves. Go.

- During the shipping confirmation process by the shipping service designated by Maison Gourmet, Maison Gourmet will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods, ensuring the goods reach the customer. The goods will be intact in shape and product.

- During the delivery and receipt process, if the Customer wants to write invoices or documents, please contact and send the required information for support.
