Black tea derives its name from the Westerners' description of the tea leaves color after drying.

Black tea is produced through full fermentation, 100% oxidation of tea leaves and buds of the green tea plant, resulting in a mild, less astringent flavor that is generally suitable for the palate of most Vietnamese people.
Only 100% young leaves and buds of the tea plant are harvested.

Instructions:
- Boil mineral water to 100°C and pour it into a thermometer to check the temperature.
- Pour ¼ of the boiling water into an empty teapot, swirl gently to rinse the pot, and discard the water.
- Add black tea to the teapot.
- Pour boiling water at 80°C into the teapot until it is full.
- Use a tea pitcher to pour the tea into cups and enjoy.
